Connie Nedergaard founded the PPSLI in 2000. She is the course developer for the PPS Novice, PPS Consultant, PPS Lead Stager, PPS Expert Stager, Feng Shui to Sell, House Be Green, certifications. Connie is the lead instructor and offers a series of Property Staging business coaching programs. In 2015 Connie developed the PPS REA Consultant Certification, exclusive to Real Estate Agents. This course was approved by the Division of Real Estate as a 6 credit course in more than a dozen states. Since inception Connie has taught well over four thousand real estate agents throughout the United States. Connie is highly experienced in both staging, real estate and as an instructor. She has earned extremely high scores on all her class evaluations from all the past students who have taken her classes. Not only does her experience make her an excellent instructor, but also her engaging personality. Connie is a Reflexologist and Kundalini Yoga Instructor and Reiki Level II Healer and often shares exercises and tips with her students in her live classes.
