Connie Nedergaard founded the Professional Property Stager Learning Institute in the year 2000. The courses she developed include: the PPS Novice, PPS Consultant, PPS Expert Stager and PPS Lead Stager Certification Series; PPS Real Estate Agent Consultant Certification; Feng Shui to Sell and House Be Green. As a facilitator, Connie has taught well over 4000 real estate agents in Ohio, Michigan, Florida, North Carolina, Alabama, Colorado, North Carolina, and Arizona. She has mentored and trained the PPS course instructors for Canada and the USA. She is a business coach and keynote speaker. Recently due to high demand Connie developed the online certification programs that are available globally.

Connie obtained has been staging since 2000 and obtained her real estate license shortly thereafter. Her portfolio includes property management staging, staging 52 properties a season. She is highly experienced property stager in both staging and a valued facilitator. She has earned extremely high scores on all her class evaluations from past students.
